Before filtration and weighing, raw milk from the farms is offloaded and graded. It is then poured into the dump tank, passed through inline filters, and then cooled to below 6 degrees Celsius in PHEs (chillers) before being stored in raw milk storage tanks.
The quality of the stored milk is continuously monitored as the process continues until it is depleted.
